How to Register
1. Click the 'Register' link below the login fields on the Flashresultsonline.com homepagee.
2. You will see a form that has all the required information needed for your registration to the site. Fill out the required information then select your team.
3. Once all the required fields have been filled out you can submit the form and login.

Lost your Password
1. If you have forgotten or lost your password click the 'Forgot Password?' link under the login fields. You will be directed to a page where you can enter either your username or your email.
2. Once you submit the form your password will be sent to your email address.

Change your Password
1. Once you have logged into the website you can change your password if need.
2. On the left side of you site it will say what user you are logged in as in yellow. Underneath that is a link to 'Change password'.
3. Once you click this link you can change your password by entering your old password and then entering your new password and confirming your new password.
4. Once you submit this form, your new password is active.

Adding Meets to your Schedule
1. Once logged in on the left of the menu page is a link 'Meet Schedule'.
2. Click that link and you will be on your meet schedule page. This page will display all the meets you have adding to your schedule.
3. To add a new meet to you schedule click 'Add a New Meet'.
4. Now you will see a list of Flash Results meets.
5. To add a meet to your schedule simply click the meet, the rest of the fields on the page will be automatically filled out once you select a meet.
6. Click the submit button and the meet will be added to your schedule.
7. If you would like to add another event, procceed to do so. If you are finished, you can return to the Meet Schedule page.

Deleting a Meet from your Schedule
1. Click the check box on the list page on the line of the meet you wish to delete.
2. Click the delete selected link.

Adding Athletes
1. Go to the athlete roster page.
2. Click 'Add New Athlete'.
3. Enter the athlete's first name, last name, gender and school year.
4. The personal records are not required but are there for informative purposes.

Editing Athletes
1. Go to the athlete roster page.
2. Click the 'Edit' link on the left side of the table.
3. Change the information you want to edit then save the record.

Deleting Athletes
1. Go to the athlete roster page.
2. Click the check box on the left side of the table on the line of the athlete you wish to delete.
3. Click the delete selected link and the record will be deleted.

Adding Individual Entries
1. Go to the meet schedule page.
2. Click the individual entries link of the meet you want to enter.
3. Click the 'Add New Entry' link.
4. Select the gender of the athlete you want to add events to.
5. Select the athlete from the roster list.
6. All the athlete information will be filled out for you.
7. Select the event and enter the entry mark. Be sure to follow the entry examples.
8. Select other events and enter entry marks if needed.
9. If an athlete is entered in more than four (4) events, do this process again for remaining events.

Editing Individual Entries
1. On the entry page of the meet you want to enter click the 'Edit' link of the entry you want to edit.
2. You can change the event or the entry mark of the event.
3. Save your changes.

Adding Relay Entries
1. Go to the meet schedule page.
2. Click the relay entries link of the meet you want to enter.
3. Click the 'Add New Relay' link.
4. Select the gender of the relay you want to add.
5. Select the letter of the relay team you are entering..
6. Select the event and enter the seed time. Be sure to follow the entry examples.

Editing Relay Entries
1. On the relay page of the meet you want to enter click the 'Edit' link of the relay you want to edit.
2. You can change the event or the entry mark of the event.
3. Save your changes.
